Provides information about and coordinates referrals to brain injury services in Toronto and the GTA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chirs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Community Head Injury Resource Services (CHIRS)<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nCHIRS is a multi-service agency that provides a broad range of supports to a clientele with diverse and complex needs, including residential and supported living, day and community programs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cotainspires.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>COTA Health<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nCOTA Health programs provide support to adults living with serious mental illness, geriatric mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, developmental disabilities and dual diagnosis.
